🔊 Common Issues & Fixes

🔁 Echo or Feedback
• Someone is connected with both computer audio + phone audio.
• Two people in the same room are unmuted.
• A microphone is too close to speakers.

Fix: Mute one device, use headphones, or disable “Join Audio” on the second device.
🔈 Audience Cannot Hear Your Computer Sound
• Zoom: Check “Share Sound” when screen sharing.
• Teams: Enable “Include Computer Audio” before sharing.

Fix: Stop sharing → Share again → Enable audio option.
🎤 You Cannot Hear an Audience Member
• Their microphone is muted.
• Wrong microphone selected.
• They joined with “No Audio”.

Fix: Ask them to open Audio Settings → choose the correct microphone.
🚫 Your Audience Cannot Hear You
• Your mic is muted.
• Wrong microphone selected.
• OS blocked microphone access.

Fix:
Zoom: Settings → Audio → Microphone
Teams: Device Settings → Microphone
Windows: Settings → Privacy → Microphone → Allow apps to use mic
🖥️ Screen Share Not Showing
• Another app is blocking screen capture.
• Browser permission denied.
• Teams/Zoom not allowed to record screen.

Fix:
Windows: Settings → Privacy → Screen Recording → Allow
Mac: System Settings → Privacy → Screen Recording → Allow Zoom/Teams
